NBA Trade Rumors: 3 teams that should explore a Kyrie Irving trade

The Dallas Mavericks are another team that should at the very least kick the tires on a potential Kyrie Irving trade. That said, I’m not sure he’s the perfect fit next to Luka Doncic but he might be the only realistic star player (other than Simmons) that might be on the trade block.

Kyrie would also be eligible to play in the state of Texas, so that would also be another way to terminate this storyline at least momentarily. The issue is that the Mavs don’t have a lot that would interest the Nets in a potential trade.

This is something that would likely need a third team to get done, and would probably result in sending Kristaps Porzingis to a third team to get some assets that the Nets would be open to accepting.
