24. Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings could end up blowing everything up this season, but there’s no question that they have three really strong building blocks at the moment in De’Aaron Fox, Tyrese Haliburton, and Davion Mitchell.

Regardless, this should be an interesting season for Sacramento. One way or another.

23. Minnesota Timberwolves

Is this finally the year that the Minnesota Timberwolves are going to make a jump? They have the talent and supporting pieces. It’s actually a mystery as to why this team hasn’t been better as of late.

Karl-Anthony Towns is going to have to continue to make strides in his game and D’Angelo Russell needs to stay healthy. Anthony Edwards is one of the most exciting players in the league too. Keep an eye on the Wolves.
