22. Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors may not have as flashy of players that some of the other teams in the Eastern Conference have, but they have the potential to still be a dangerous team in the Eastern Conference.

With a new role, OG Anunoby could win the NBA’s Most Improved Player of the Year award and rookie Scottie Barnes should be fun to watch develop this year.

21. Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers are a talented team and the hiring of Rick Carlisle should help this team compete in the Eastern Conference. But I still believe this is a team that is going to make a big move at some point before the NBA Trade Deadline.

And you’d have to imagine it will involve either Myles Turner or Malcolm Brogdon.
