30. Detroit Pistons

What can you say, the Detroit Pistons simply don’t have enough talent to win many games this season. Cade Cunningham has played one game so far this season and it’s going to take him some time to get in a rhythm and to get his legs under him.

Cunningham may be the next great player in the NBA but the Pistons still need to build properly around him.

29. Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder has flashed moments of brilliance through the first two weeks of the season, which was punctuated by a 26-point come-from-behind victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.

OKC isn’t expected to win many games this season, but there is hope for the future with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey. The Thunder have two really good young players to build around.
