Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors have gotten off to a 5-1 start with their only loss coming against the Memphis Grizzlies in overtime. In essence, the Warriors are a missed game-winner away from being undefeated through the first handful of games of the season.

What’s makes this hot start even more impressive is the fact that the Warriors have been able to pull this off without James Wiseman and Klay Thompson. Stephen Curry has been sensational to start the year and Jordan Poole has flashed the potential to be a consistent contributor this season.

If Thompson looks anything like his former self when he returns in a few weeks, the Warriors will absolutely emerge as a contender to come out of the Western Conference. If Wiseman can take another step in his progression, the Warriors are going to gain some serious traction on the national scene.
