24. Indiana Pacers

I don’t think we can truly judge the Indiana Pacers until they’re fully healthy but they haven’t gotten off to the best start to the season. Interestingly enough, the Pacers aren’t playing especially terribly.

They have a top 10 offense but their defense is what has plagued them to start the season. If they could figure that end of the floor out, there’s a chance of the Pacers could make a move up the East standings before the All-Star break.

23. Minnesota Timberwolves

After such a good start to the season, the Minnesota Timberwolves have lost four games in a row. It’s not ideal but it is also somewhat expected. There was just something with his team where I couldn’t buy their fast start to the season.
