22. Portland Trail Blazers

The good news for the Portland Trail Blazers is that a report surfaced during this week that suggested Damian Lillard isn’t likely to seek a trade out of Portland. The bad news for the Blazers is that they have got enough to an inconsistent season and Lillard specifically is having one of his worst statistical starts to the year of his career.

21. LA Clippers

The LA Clippers are going to be inconsistent all season long, mostly because of the absence of Kawhi Leonard, but I don’t think we should take them out completely in the Western Conference. It seems like Paul George has finally found his footing with the team and they just won three-straight games.
