30. New Orleans Pelicans

The New Orleans Pelicans are struggling mightily and have been decimated by injury. Mostly everyone is anticipating the return of Zion Williamson but at this point, I’m not sure that’s something that’s going to save their season.

The Pelicans are a mess right now and a very bad team.

29. Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets have two of the most talented young players in the league in Kevin Porter Jr. and Jalen Green. Even though it hasn’t been reflected through wins so far this season, the Rockets have a nice young core that they can begin to build around.

The big question for this team is whether or not they have a clear No. 1 on the roster at the moment.
