22. Indiana Pacers

As expected, the Indiana Pacers have begun to play a little better with the return of Caris LeVert. They’re still trying to dig themselves out of the early-season hole they placed themselves in, but they’re certainly a team to keep a close eye on as the season ages.

And not just because of their on-the-court potential.

21. Atlanta Hawks

Trae Young can use all the excuses that he wants, including that he finds the regular season boring, but right now the Atlanta Hawks are simply not a good team and are falling out of the good graces of many that believed they’d be a top 4 team in the conference.

It’s early but having the 28th ranked defense simply isn’t going to cut it.
