Four reasons why the Los Angeles Lakers have struggled mighitily this season. 

There’s no beating around the bush; the Los Angeles Lakers are bad right now, and really bad. The team that was expected to rebound after an injury-ridden 2020-21 has stumbled to a 8-8 start, and although on the surface that may seem redeemable, things don’t look like they can improve.

There is a very negative aura surrounding the team right as it starts to grapple with the realization that it isn’t as good as it thought it was. LeBron has been out for a while with a groin injury, and it’s becoming clear that after all his time at the top, his body is finally starting to give way.

This was supposed to be the year that made up for last season’s disappointment, but Staples Center (soon to be Crypto.com Arena….) has been left frustrated so far this season, and here are the reasons why.
