Even though it would be extremely surprising to see the Atlanta Hawks trade Cam Reddish at the NBA Trade Deadline, we’ve seen more rash moves before. And for a struggling Hawks team, perhaps Reddish could be used to help add to the team’s win-now approach.

Reddish is, without question, talented. He has a bright future. But for a Hawks team that is trying to take a step up in the Eastern Conference hierarchy, Reddish could be the odd man out for the team. And of the “tradeable” players on the roster, he’s probably the one that offers the most value.

Reddish, 22, is averaging 12 points per game on 36 percent shooting from 3-point range in just 22 minutes of action per night. A change of scenery might be exactly what he needs and could also benefit the Hawks’ championship chances as well.
