7. Washington Wizards
The Washington Wizards are an interesting team. Looking at their roster, there aren’t many players – other than Bradley Beal – that jump off the page. That said, it’s hard to argue against the results that they have turned in so far this season.
The Wizards are a top 4 team in the Eastern Conference and have a few quality wins on their resume already – beating the Celtics (twice), Hawks, and Bucks. I’m not sure how sustainable this start is for the Wizards, but they have the potential to be a top 6 seed this season.
The offseason additions of Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell, and Spencer Dinwiddie have paid off immensely and they’ve been a huge boost to the supporting cast around Beal.
