22. Minnesota Timberwolves

The Minnesota Timberwolves can’t seem to get anything right at the moment. They’ve played better over the last handful of games but I simply can’t rely on that consistently until they are able to prove it.

Thus far, the Wolves have been known as a consistently inconsistent team. And that’s not a good thing.

21. Cleveland Cavaliers

The loss of Collin Sexton is a real bummer because the Cleveland Cavaliers were getting better and better with every passing game. That said, there’s still hope this team can still sneak into the postseason as this core continues to improve.
