LA Clippers: The leadership of Paul George

Without a healthy Kawhi Leonard, the LA Clippers appeared to be headed toward a lost season. However, at least through the first month of the season, Paul George has stepped up in a big way and his leadership has spoken volumes this season.

The Clippers have stayed afloat in the Western Conference and are currently playing high-level basketball as George continues to lead the way without Kawhi.

Los Angeles Lakers: Winning the 2020 NBA Championship 

I’m not sure where the Los Angeles Lakers would be had it not been for them winning the 2020 NBA Championship in the restart bubble. Can you imagine the Lakers struggling at this magnitude without a championship already under their belts?

The Lakers need to thank their lucky stars that they won it all a couple of seasons ago.
