Memphis Grizzlies: Ja Morant taking the step into superstardom
The Memphis Grizzlies should be thankful for Ja Morant taking the next step in his progression this season. In his third season, Morant is averaging 26 points, seven assists, and six rebounds per game on 48 percent shooting from the field and 36 percent shooting from 3-point range.
He’s taking a step into superstardom and has the Grizzlies playing above their expectations at the moment.
Miami Heat: Continuing to build around their stars
Two years ago, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the Miami Heat were a few wins away from an NBA Championship. After a down year last season, the Heat are once again amongst the league’s title contenders.
The addition of Kyle Lowry has given the Heat a point guard with true star power, who will play into the style of Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo. Victor Oladipo, despite only playing four games during his tenure with the Heat, has already shown that he can contribute at a high level in Miami.
