1. Pacific (W)

The Atlantic division may be the deepest, but that doesn’t equate to it being No. 1 on this countdown. Instead, what feels more fitting is giving the top spot to the Pacific, who has also seen four teams break 10 wins already. But these teams aren’t like just any other.

So far, only two teams have 15 or more wins: the Phoenix Suns (15) and Golden State Warriors (16). Both of those teams belong to the Pacific division.

As for the remainder of the bunch, the dynamic duo in Los Angeles, the Clippers and Lakers, each have 10 wins and superb rosters. Lastly, the Sacramento Kings are 7-10, which isn’t that good. However, the Kings have certainly seen worse.

With the toughest teams in the tougher conference, the Pacific is certainly the division to beat until further notice. And whether the Warriors return to glory, or the Suns give it another go, prepare for a Pacific squad to be battling for the favorite in this season’s NBA Finals.
