Golden State Warriors

Currently tied for the best record in the NBA, it is safe to say the Golden State Warriors are back. All of this without two critical players in Klay Thompson and James Wiseman. Many would say why mess with success, but the Warriors have been scorned by poor center play in the past.

The Warriors had tried many centers in their NBA Finals runs, from their current big Kevon Looney to bringing back Andrew Bogut a few years ago when he was playing in Australia.

When the Warriors drafted Wiseman, many thought that he would be their franchise center for the next decade. The missing piece they have desperately needed for so long, but Wiseman has been slow to develop. When you add his injury, he will still need time to adjust to the league when he returns.

Wiseman is still a raw prospect and could potentially be an All-Star one day, but when you have the opportunity to bring in a 25-year-old All-Star center for the cost of a project and some picks. This could be a move that seals another dynasty for the Warriors.
