14. Ish Smith

When Smith steps on the floor, he changes the pace of the game. His ability to blow by defenders with this speed and push tempo is a luxury most teams don’t have. He’s a journeyman that has had two stints in Philadelphia.

Unfortunately, both times were during the process before Embiid and Simmons arrived.

13. Michael Carter-Williams

The former rookie of the year for the Philadelphia 76ers, Michael Carter-Williams, has become a serviceable backup point guard in the NBA. He plays defense and is still a solid playmaker. The most appealing thing for him is that he is a tall guard in a league that values tall players that have the passing ability and can handle the ball well.
