6. Marco Belinelli

His stats might not look great, but when you have Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid you have to surround them with shooters. Even if Marco Belinelli is 1-for-4, teams still have to guard him. Belinelli would leave Philadelphia in free agency, signing with the Spurs. Letting him walk would start a trend that summer of not understanding the value of shooters.

5 J.J. Redick

It feels like J.J. Redick was in Philadelphia for five seasons, but in reality, he was there for two. To say he had an impact feels like an understatement. Redick averaged a career-high in his 2nd season with Philadelphia, averaging 18.1 PPG on .440 percent from the field and .397 from the 3-point line.

After losing to the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference semifinals Redick was not resigned by the 76ers. It was another move that puzzled NBA fans and hurt Philadelphia the next season.
