New York Knicks – Don’t sell any of the young players

The New York Knicks are Back  Bad! New York has fallen from this fun and scrappy team to a team no longer in the playoff picture. Julius Randle is a shadow of what he was last year, Derrick Rose is out for eight weeks, and Kemba was benched and now unbenched.

The Knicks always overreact, and if they want to make a move, it should not include any of their young players like Mitchell Robinson, Quickley, R.J Barret, or Obi Toppin. This year, the Knicks are not going anywhere, and they shouldn’t trade away their future for an 8th seed.

Indiana Pacers – Don’t sell the wrong players

The Indiana Pacers want to rebuild and there are rumors of offloading Myles Bridges and Domantas Sabonis. The Pacers should be looking to trade Malcolm Brogdan and T.J Warren, who are 29 and 28, respectfully.

Sabonis and Turner are both 25 and could be an excellent foundation for Indiana. It makes more sense to rebuild with guys in their mid-20s than guys nearing 30. The Pacers should look to keep Sabonis and bring in younger playmakers to build around him.
