Detroit Pistons: Ping pong balls

Surprise, the Detroit Pistons are not playing for much this season. They’ve (smartly) slow-played injury rehabs and are focused on development more than anything else. And their most established player in Jerami Grant is out with injury.

So, the Pistons are hoping for Ping Pong Balls. Cade Cunningham seems to be as advertised, let’s get him one more young running mate before we compete for the playoffs. There are some intriguing bigs and forwards in this class, I wonder which specific one the Pistons front office is hoping for.

Golden State Warriors: Klay Thompson

The Golden State Warriors have had it good this season. No. 1 record in the league at 27-6. Steph has been Supernova for another season, and the roster to back it up this time. Dray’s gonna be in the running for DPOY and Iguodala has regained effective form with his old team.

There’s only one thing they should hope for and it is not a secret. The second splash brother, Klay Thompson, is slotted for a return real soon. Players and fans have impatiently waited for this. I could not be happier.
