30. Orlando Magic
The Orlando Magic have had another season to forget. Though, they do have one bright spot on the roster this year, and that has been the emergence of rookie Franz Wagner. He’s been consistently good this season for the Magic and will garner some Rookie of the Year love if he maintains this level of play.
He’s not a No. 1 player, but he’s certainly a strong building block for the team moving forward.
29. Detroit Pistons
The Detroit Pistons have clearly been one of the worst teams all season long and there’s not much that will improve for the team over the last few months of the season. The one big question for this team at the moment is whether or not they will end up trading Jerami Grant at the trade deadline.
