28. Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets are one of the talented young teams in the league but their future is far from a sure thing. Jalen Green hasn’t been as good as many thought he would be during his rookie season and there are, once again, growing questions revolving around Kevin Porter Jr.

Perhaps an indicator of where this team is heading revolves around whether or not the team elects to trade Christian Wood at the trade deadline.

27. Oklahoma City Thunder

Much like the other teams at this point in the rankings, the Oklahoma City Thunder can feel strong about Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who continues to show promise as the team’s No. 1, and rookie Josh Giddey.

After that, it seems like the Thunder still have a long ways to go in terms of their rebuild.
