20. Atlanta Hawks

The Atlanta Hawks have struggled this season but because of their talent, many believe this team could turn it around during the second half of the season. It may take a trade to shake things up, but I wouldn’t be too worried about where the Hawks are at this point in the season.

19. New York Knicks

The New York Knicks have failed to take the step forward that many believed they would take this season. Instead, this is a team that continues to struggle with identity and it’s clear they don’t have a true No. 1 option.

New York needs to land a star but at this point, it’s difficult to see how that’s going to happen in the not-so-distant future.
