NBA Trade Deadline priority: Find a resolution for Christian Wood

The Houston Rockets have had an interesting season. At times they’ve looked like the worst team in the league and not others they’ve looked like a team that could potentially cause some problems for a few playoff hopefuls during the second half of the season.

All in all, it’s clear that this team is at the beginning of what will appear to be a long rebuild. Short of the Rockets being able to acquire a star such as Ben Simmons, this is a team that needs to head into the offseason with as many assets as possible.

One way of adding to the cupboard at the trade deadline is by moving Christian Wood who probably would be better off on a team that is at the very least contending for a playoff spot this season.
