NBA Trade Deadline priority: Backcourt depth 

The Detroit Pistons have done a great job in remaining afloat in the Western Conference despite not being 100 percent for the majority of the season. However, the team would benefit from adding depth to the backcourt.

The assumption is that Jamal Murray is going to return by the end of the season, but what if he doesn’t? What if there’s a setback that prevents him from making a return to the team?

It’s certainly not something you expect to happen or not something you hope for, but it’s also something that the team must prepare for. They’re not doing their job if they don’t. The Nuggets should add another guard at the deadline.
