Sacramento Kings solidify their forward position
The Sacramento Kings are having yet another sub-par season currently sitting at the 13th seed in the Western Conference with a record of 18-32. The Kings find themselves in the bottom half of the league in rebounding and without a starting caliber power forward, the Kings could have interest in Julius Randle.
Randle is a sturdy 6-foot-8 forward who averages roughly 10 boards a game. Solidifying the 4 could be the answer for the Kings moving forward and they definitely have the assets to acquire Randle from the Knicks. The Kings are incredibly deep at the guard position which is a hole the Knicks need to be filled badly.
A star swap in De’Aaron Fox for Julius Randle could be interesting for both sides, filling a position of need for both teams. The Knicks get the star PG they haven’t had in decades and the Kings pair a star forward with their two young guards Tyrese Haliburton and rookie Davion Mitchell.
