Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have been a pleasant surprise as they have been one of the top teams in the league this season. They have excelled and exceeded all expectations as they appear to be a team nobody wants to encounter in a 7-game series.

They have bonafide stars with DeMar Derozan and Zach LaVine in their backcourt along with big man Nikola Vucevic in the middle. However, even the Bulls are a competitive team, they will eventually run into one of the other juggernauts in the East in a stacked Brooklyn Nets team or the reigning defending champions Milwaukee Bucks at some point.

With that being said, the Bulls will need all the help they can get as Turner could become a key player for them in the postseason. An ideal trade package could include Coby White along with a 1st and 2nd round draft pick. Derrick Jones could also be included as well and Patrick Williams may also become expendable depending on whether the front office believes he can be a key piece to the success of the team in the future.

Many teams covet their first-round selections but the Bulls are in “win-now mode” as Turner may be the player to give them that advantage they need in order to succeed in the postseason. The situation could bode well for the Bulls as he could replace Vucevic at center and allow him to move to the power forward position due to Turner’s athleticism and his ability to keep up and defend the elite big men in the league.

This Bulls lineup has the potential to be dangerous with the Bulls’ dynamic guards guarding the perimeter and Turner protecting the rim.
