Three players that could replace Kevin Durant in the 2022 NBA All-Star Game.

Unfortunately, Kevin Durant will not be able to participate in this year’s All-Star Game for the second straight season. The Brooklyn Nets forward will remain sidelined due to a sprained MCL in his right knee. Durant was the leading scorer in the NBA with 29.3 points per game before he went down with his injury.

Not only will Durant miss his second consecutive All-Star game, but it will be another matchup where he will not play against his rival, LeBron James. Both James and Durant have not played against one another since 2018.

Despite the unusual circumstances, there are a few all-stars in the Eastern Conference who can fill in Durant’s role and make a big impact.
