Miami Heat trade target: Nicolas Batum, F, LA Clippers

The Heat doesn’t necessarily need to add depth to their wing positions, but adding a versatile frontcourt player could go a long way in solidifying their depth heading into the second half of the season. One potential target is Nicolas Batum.

Batum may be on the wrong side of his prime but has still been quite productive over the last few years of his career. During his age-33 season, Batum is averaging nine points and five rebounds per game on 49 percent shooting from the field and 41 percent shooting from 3-point range.

He’d be a great addition for any contending team, especially for the Heat who will be heading into the playoffs with high hopes.
