NBA Trade Deadline bold prediction No. 9: The Dallas Mavericks make a big move

If there’s one team that I’m hoping elects to make a big move at the trade deadline, it’s the Dallas Mavericks. Over the past couple of deadlines and offseasons, the Mavs have failed to land an upgrade to the supporting cast around Luka Doncic.

And when it appeared that they had, Kristaps Porzingis ended up being less than stellar as an addition. Nevertheless, I’m predicting that the Mavs are going to take another big swing this go around.

I’m not sure who they could be targeting but I’m sure it’s probably going to be a big. One option that I love for the Mavs is John Collins. It remains to be seen if they have enough ammunition to get a deal done, however.
