This is a lot to digest but it’s actually not that far-fetched of a deal. The Detroit Pistons are reportedly on the fence when it comes to trading Jerami Grant. If they get to a point where they’d be open to it, getting an exploring contract, a good rotation piece, and a couple of picks (including one first-rounder) could end up getting it done.

The Utah Jazz could get even more aggressive by throwing another first-round pick, hoping that Grant could be the final piece in their pursuit towards another deep playoff run in the Western Conference.

Grant would be an interesting fit on the team and could be the answer that this team has needed in the postseason when opponents scheme against Rudy Gobert. Grant is one of the most flexible defenders in the league.
