7. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have consistently been one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference. They’re likely going to enter the playoffs as a top 3 seed, but I have no idea if this team can beat any of the top contenders in the East in a seven-game playoff series.

So far this season, the Bulls are a combined 1-7 against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, Milwaukee Bucks, and Philadelphia 76ers. The rebuttal to that is that the Bulls have rarely been healthy this season, but who has?
