28. Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets are another team that elected to stand pat for the most part at the NBA Trade Deadline. Perhaps Christian Wood is going to be part of the team’s newest rebuild and with another high-quality draft pick, the Rockets should be well into their rebuild next season.

Jalen Green continues to flash as a young prospect and the hope is that he continues to do so during the final third of the season.

27. Oklahoma City Thunder

Eventually, the Oklahoma City Thunder are going to make a big move via the trade market. I thought perhaps we would see something that resembled that at this year’s trade deadline, but it didn’t come to fruition.

Maybe that could possibly come during the offseason.
