26. Portland Trail Blazers

Well, the Portland Trail Blazers are officially all-in on retooling this roster during the offseason, likely through free agency. Hopefully, they can finally switch things up around Damian Lillard who reportedly isn’t looking for a change of scenery.

25. Sacramento Kings

I really don’t know what the Sacramento Kings are doing. They elected to trade Tyrese Haliburton, essentially, in exchange for Domantas Sabonis. I get that they wanted to create a more well-rounded team, but don’t get the decision of having to trade one of their brightest young players to do so.

Add in the fact that the team still isn’t reportedly sold on De’Aaron Fox and it makes even less sense.
