I’m not sure how, but the New Orleans Pelicans’ stock is trending up. Adding CJ McCollum at the NBA Trade Deadline will certainly help their efforts to make it to the postseason. And if Zion Williamson returns, watch out.

19. Los Angeles Lakers

I’m not even sure where to start; the Los Angels Lakers are a mess and their inability to make a move at the NBA Trade Deadline tells you all you need to know about where this franchise currently is.

The Lakers, if they make the playoffs, are going to be one-and-done. Four years in Los Angeles and two missed playoffs would be a huge mark on LeBron’s ultimate legacy.
