The idea of trading Anthony Davis has to be on the table

At the very least, the thought or idea of trading Anthony Davis has to be on the table for the Lakers during the offseason. Especially if it means LeBron would be willing to sign off on it if it improves the roster.

Though, that would mean giving up on the team’s best asset in an attempt to playcate to LeBron. Not saying that the Lakers would not want to do that but having Davis on the roster (and under contract for the next three seasons) kind of gives the team some comfort for the future.

Even if the Lakers lose LeBron (whether via retirement or free agency), the team would still have AD to lean back on. Trading him and this team loses all that comfort.
