18. San Antonio Spurs (via TOR) – Wendell Moore Jr., F, Duke

After addressing their backcourt need with their first pick in this draft, I’d look for the San Antonio Spurs to try and add some depth to their frontcourt. One potential fit for the team is Wendell Moore Jr.

Moore is one of the few juniors that is going to get first-round consideration in this year’s NBA Draft. He’s improved every season he’s been at Duke and it has paid dividends; he’s averaging 14 points, six rebounds, and five assists per game on 52 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from 3-point range.

Add his overall raw measurables to his production and mix it with one of the most stable organizations in the league, and Moore could find success in San Antonio.
