Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics are one of the NBA’s most prolific franchises. If he wanted to continue this tour of competent franchises in which his legacy would grow, the Celtics would qualify or fit the bill. If LeBron were to win a championship with the Heat, Cavs, Lakers, AND Celtics, it would be quite the narrative.

The Celtics have the pieces to make a deal work and he could team up with Jayson Tatum and automatically create arguably the best duo in the Eastern Conference. If LeBron wanted to continue to play for championships, this would be the play.

Of course, it would be highly surprising should LeBron choose this path. Even if he would leave the Lakers, I’m not sure he’d be all that open to joining the Celtics – for many reasons. Still, it’s one of his few options.
