If there’s one team that could be in for big change during the offseason, it’s the Portland Trail Blazers. And perhaps we saw the start of that at the NBA Trade Deadline in which they traded CJ McCollum.

Of course, the one move that nearly every team will be waiting for is whether or not Portland elects to trade Damian Lillard.

21. New York Knicks

The New York Knicks have been one of the biggest disappointments this season and there’s not really anything that this team can do to change that. This will end up being a lost season for the Knicks, with only an outside chance of making the Play-In Tournament in the Eastern Conference.
