Another lost season for the Washington Wizards in which they failed to surround Bradley Beal (before his season-ending surgery) with the supporting cast that he needs to catapult this team toward the top of the standings.

There is a big decision that awaits this franchise that Beal needs to make. He can walk in free agency this offseason.

19. Atlanta Hawks

The Atlanta Hawks have one of the most talented teams in the Eastern Conference but have rarely played like that this season. Trae Young and John Collins haven’t had the same impact as a duo that they had during their playoff run last season and that has only brought on more questions for this team’s future.
