6. Sacramento Kings – AJ Griffin, F, Duke

The Sacramento Kings made a major decision at the NBA Trade Deadline in which they elected to build around De’Aaron Fox and Davion Mitchell over Tyrese Haliburton. Getting Domantas Sabonis in exchange, the Kings now have a new avenue forward as a franchise.

Adding AJ Griffin to this core would give the franchise some added excitement that they haven’t had in a long time. Especially considering that Griffin, out of Duke, would enter the league with quite the hype.

Then again, the Kings haven’t had the best of luck with it comes with Duke products as of late. Most recently with Marvin Bagley.
