Dallas Mavericks

Over the first few years of Luka Doncic’s career, the Dallas Mavericks have failed to land a legit second star. They’ve tried with Tim Hardaway Jr. and Kristaps Porzingis in that role, but neither of those options paid off or worked.

Heading into this offseason, it would be shocking if the Mavs didn’t try to make a pitch to Bradley Beal. Especially if he openly tests the market – which would be somewhat surprising if he didn’t.

I mean, who wouldn’t want to play next to Doncic as he continues to ascend in the league. If Beal truly wants to play in Dallas, I’m sure the Mavs will do what it takes to get the job done. The Mavs have one big selling point and a defined role for Beal if he wants to make the move down south.
