Keegan Murray, F, Iowa

One of the biggest reasons why Iowa is quickly emerging as a favorite to make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament is the play of Keegan Murray. He’s made a huge jump for the team this season and is a big reason why they won the Big Ten tournament title.

Murray, in his sophomore season, is averaging 24 points, nine rebounds, and two blocks per game on 56 prevent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from 3-point range. Murray looks like a star when he’s on the floor and will have the opportunity to echo that with a successful showing in the NCAA Tournament.

Murray may not be a name you are accustomed to hearing, but he has the potential to be a really good player at the next level.
