NBA Draft prospect Paolo Banchero (Rob Kinnan-USA TODAY Sports) /

Paolo Banchero, F, Duke

Paolo Banchero is probably one name that many casuals are well-versed with. Mostly because he plays at Duke. However, there’s a growing narrative that he may not even be the best prospect on the team. Though, the national consensus is, despite his criticisms, that Banchero could be a top 3 pick.

And the stats would back that up – during his freshman season at Banchero is averaging 17 points, eight rebounds, and three assists per game on 47 percent shooting from the field and 31 percent shooting from 3-point range.

Banchero has some concerns. He has a motor that often comes and goes and his deep stroke is certainly something that has been questionable this season. Those are some things he will need to put to bed during the pre-draft process.
