9. Johnny Davis, G, Wisconsin

Best team fit: Washington Wizards

In the event that the Washington Wizards are forced to live in a reality without Bradley Beal (whether that’s him demanding a trade or signing with another team in free agency), it would be wise for the team to add a guard in the 2022 NBA Draft.

Late in the top 10, one prospect that could be of interest for the Wizards is Johnny Davis. During his sophomore season at Wisconsin, Davis is averaging 20 points and eight rebounds per game on 43 percent shooting from the field.

Davis is viewed as a volume scorer but must prove to draft scouts that he can be an efficient player at the next level. Despite his productive season, Davis only shot 33 percent shooting from 3-point range.
