NBA Draft: The best team fits for the top 10 prospects of the 2022 class
5. Keegan Murray, F, Iowa
Best team fit: Sacramento Kings
After unloading Buddy Hield and Tyrese Haliburton, I think adding a high-profile prospect such as Keegan Murray would go a long way in helping the Sacramento Kings take the next step as a developing franchise.
Drafting Murray would also give the Kings the chance to trade Harrison Barnes if they would want to do so. Murray doesn’t get much publicity as one of the top prospects in this draft class, but he’s an intriguing player with loads of potential.
Making quite the jump from last season, Murray averaged 24 points and nine rebounds per game on 55 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from 3-point range.
