30. Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic have continued to struggle this season but it should be some consolation that Markelle Fultz has returned and has flashed in instances. He could be an added piece to help this team make a jump next season.

Adding another top 3 pick in the 2022 NBA Draft should help as well.

29. Detroit Pistons

Cade Cunningham has been much better over the last couple of months of the season, despite not getting much national coverage. And the Pistons are playing a tick better since the All-Star break as well.
