24. Portland Trail Blazers

For the Portland Trail Blazers, all eyes will be focused on what Damian Lillard does or does not elect to do during the offseason. If he’s not traded this summer, it’s hard to imagine the Blazers ever moving him before his contract ends.

If he’s not turned off by the moves that they’ve made as of late, it seems as if Lillard isn’t going anywhere.

23. San Antonio Spurs

Under the assumption that this will be Gregg Popovich‘s final season as a head coach of the San Antonio Spurs, there’s a good chance that this team should be subjected to some big changes during the offseason. I can’t even remember the last time the Spurs went through a complete rebuild.
