22. Washington Wizards

Much like the Portland Trail Blazers, the Washington Wizards have a pretty big offseason on the horizon. Depending on what they do this summer, there’s a good chance that their actions in the next few months could have huge repercussions for the team over the next half-decade. And yes almost all of it revolves around one decision from Bradley Beal.

21. New York Knicks

After being the feel-good, surprise story of the year last season in the Eastern Conference, the New York Knicks quickly made the pivot to one of the most disappointing teams in the league this season.

Because of that, they could be in for an interesting and entertaining offseason. There are some changes that are coming in New York, but I still don’t have much faith that this franchise is going to be able to figure it out.
